Can you get the same offence expunged twice?
I was caught having sex in public place (park) two years ago and I was told that I was able to expunged that after two years. But just in recently I was caught again having sex with the same person in a diffrent public area (park). Can this get expnged twice?

Stop having sex in public would be your best bet. Aside from that, the court's decision to grant an expungement request is discretionary.
Re: Can you get the same offence expunged twice?
It depends upon the sentence. If you receive a supervision, you may expunge the case 2 years after the supervision is up. If you receive any other sentence, it will be a conviction. You cannot expunge a conviction. And you won't be able to expunge the first one, either.
