is the first offenders probation act in illinois only for drug-related cases or can it be used in any felony case?

TASC probation and 710 & 1410 probation are sentences given to defendants convicted of drug charges under the first offenders probation act. 710 and 1410 probations are given for marijuana and narcotics offenses. TASC probation is given for other felony charges associated with drug problems.
