first offense
my sons were arrested for aggravated robbery, they have never been in trouble before. what is the probability of them receiving probation verses jail time?

There are several types of aggravated battery. If a gun, or other deadly weapon was used, there is no chance of probation. If it is just aggravated battery, then ,yes, they can get probation. If you want to talk further, please call.
