Re: order of protection

Hello. I can understand your frustration. In

my 21 years of practicing law I have seen this

happen to people. The law is not alway handed out fairly. In this instance the court probably

did not know all the facts. It is very impor-

tant to have a lawyer with you when you go to

court. Now that your friend is in jail I am

wondering if he is awaiting a trial on a charge

of violating the order of protection or has he

already been convicted? Will be happy to discuss

this with you further.
