Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

ordinance citation

I was talking to a girl over the internet and she invited me to an undergroud club. At my arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman and I asked to go downstairs to see if the girl was there. I found her and realized I was in a House of Fame, with individuals performing fornication. I proceeded to tell the girl that I was did not feel comfortable. I turned around and the vice squad was there to crack down. I was given a violation of being in a House of Fame. There was no record of me paying at the front door. How should I pled and what is my likelihood of getting off not guilty. Should I get an attorney?

Re: ordinance citation

Yes, you should hire an attorney. Do you want a conviction for this type of charge on your record?
