overdrawn checking account
i deposited two checks from one my accounts into a local account here in chicago, and i overdrew my account by 7000 dollars, the bank has agreed to 350 a month can they file criminal charges

Criminal charges will probably not be filed. When dealing with "deceptive practices" charges the State must prove that you intended to permanently deprive the bank of the proceeds. If you have a problem, please call me.
