If the person enters a plea of guilty or is found guilty of the trespassing, the parole officer can make a recommendation of whether to violate the person's parole or not. How you proceed in the trespassing case will determine whether that person's parole is violated or not.
Trespassing cases are good cases for defendant's to fight and can be won.
