Parole Question
My son was on parole and he was arrested for a class 4 felony and I want to know if I bail him out will his parole officer come and pick him up, thus wasting my bail money?

Usually there will be a "parole hold" lodged with the sheriff at the county jail. Call the county jail records office and find out if it's been lodged. If at some later time, his parole officer picks him up for a violation, you will not lose your bail money. It will be refunded to you, minus 10%.
