Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
pay check problem
My employment with my employer ended. My employer deposited an extra paycheck in my account by mistake as they said. The money they deposited is gone on fees and bills as I set my bills to be automatically withdrawn from my account. I have no job and no money to refund them back the money now. I also was told by my roommate that a person from the office of the state attorney called saying that I have a warrant of arrest on me. What can I do I want to payback the money but I cant do it at once and what kind of trouble I am in.

Re: pay check problem
Your first concern should be the warrant for your arrest. You should hire an attorney to represent you to make sure that you do not get into more trouble and or get out of any trouble you may be in.
Feel free to call me if you want to discuss.
