Possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver, 30 grams to 500 grams,is a Class 3 felony. That carries a penalty of 2 to 5 years in prison. There is a substantial fine that goes with it, too. I don't know what misdomeanors you have in mind. Please call for a free consultation.
