penalty in illinois for underage drinking
my son recently was arrested for underage drinking in Illinois. He is 19. What should i do?

You should consider getting counsel for him. A conviction for underaged drinking could lead to issues with driving privleges and a conviction could stay on his record permenanly.

This is a class A misdemeanor, punishable by 364 days in jail a $2,500 fine or both. You should retain an attorney.
