Mob action can be a class 4 felony or a class C misdemeanor depending on how you were charged. Mob action is a catch all charge that prosecutors have a difficult time proving since there are many people involved and the police officers/prosecutors have to prove that you were doing what they accused you of doing and didn't confuse you with anyone else.
An attorney can get you out of this charge oftentimes but it will depend of the specific facts of the case.
Feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss your case further,
good luck
