Re: petition to revoke
When someone is either on conditional discharge, bond or probation and has somehow violated the conditions of the conditional discharge, bond or probation, then the court may issue a warrant to have a hearing on whether or not to revoke the conditional discharge, bond or warrant. If the person is arrested on the warrant he will be brought before the court to determine what if any penalty should be imposed for the alleged violation.
