Plea Bargin
If a person agrees to give up a nursing license as part of a plea bargin but never signs anything stating that they are going to do that and it wasn't written on the final judgement, do they still have to do that?

Re: Plea Bargin
That is not a typical penalty that can be ordered as part of a criminal disposition. It is likely to be unenforceable, however, there are reasons that the Dept. of Professional Regulation can take away a nursing license, and certain criminal offenses are among those reasons.
