Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
i plead guilty to a criminal trespass to a motor vcehicle charge and was just told that my drivers license has been suspened due to that charge. Is this true?

That should not be the case. You need to check with the Secretary of State to determine why your license is suspended. Did you fail to pay tickets? Do you have a DUI in the past? Were you operating a vehicle without insurance? These are reasons one would have their license suspended but not for a misdemeanor charge.
