Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Can the police go through motel parking lots and run licenses plate numbers and owners names then wait on the street for them to exit the motel property and pull them over for some minor traffic violation which of course turns into a full search based upon some prior issues that show up during their inquiry?
