Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I'm going into the police station to be questioned about a fight that my boyfriend got into. Do I have to answer questions That will incriminate him? I'm just a witness the fight happened on video camera so they know I was there & that I saw it but since they know I wasn't actually part of the crime & am just a witness do I still have to legally answer all questions?

Do not talk to the police at all. Do not go to the police station. Do not answer any questions. Google the 5th Amendment.
