Posession of cannibus
Can someone be held for possession of cannibus if it was found in someone elses homeand not where tey live, nor was it found on that person. this person had a key to a friends house and is now held for what was found in his home. What are the laws on this.

The most valuable words taught in law school are: "It depends". In this situation, it depends upon your relationship to the person, whether there was any personal property in the residence that connects you to the place, whether you stayed there on a regular basis, etc. The likelihood of a successful prosecution on the limited facts supplied is not high, but there may have been enough evidence to connect an individual to the cannibis to begin a prosecution.
