Possesion of Cannibis W/Intent to deliver 10grams

I was stopped after going 30mph and hour, and moving to the left to avoid a parked SUV. The officer that came to the door said he smelled smoke, but i have never let anyone smoke in my car before. He searched the car and found less than 10 grams. When i was being questioned they wanted a warrent to search my room, so a man came in and started to threaten my family (What the fuck do you think your doing?! If you dont fucking sign the fucking warrent ill get a fucking warrent myself, kick in your fucking door, and throw your fucking family on their faces while i search your house my fucking self!) so i signed the warrent which let them search my room where they found a couple homemade bongs and paraphanalia.

My questions are did the police have a right to search the car in the first place, and if i signed a warrent under duress and threats to my family is it a valid warrent? What can i do? please help, i am 17 and it is my first offense.

You definitely have some issues here that you need the assistance of counsel for. Furthermore, due to your age, the court will require you to have a lawyer. If you can't afford a private lawyer, request the public defender during your first court appearance.
