what class feloney is a buglery and how many years does it involve? What class felony is a possesion of a controled sub.(xanax) and how many years does it involve?

Burglary is a class 2 felony which carries a sentence of 3 to 5 years in prison. If it's residential burglary it's a class 1 felony which carries a 4 to 15 year sentence with no probation possible. Possession of a controlled substance depends upon the amount of the controlled substance. Without knowing that I cannot tell you the term of years.
