What are your chances of expunging a drug charge? Never convicted of it,or convicted before.

Sometimes the outcome of a case is not clearly understood or explained. There are several scenarios in which a drug arrest can be expunged: a dismissal, an acquittal, a supervision for a midemeanor cannabis, a special type of felony probation referred to as 410 probation. If you have no convictions you should be able to get it exounged.
