possesion of marijuna in the trunk of a car
this is my first drug case along with being my first case as adult!what will the judge decide at the end of my preliminary hearing?and will i face jail time? i was also charged with three moving violations including no insurance for the second time,no valid license,and running a red light while at the speed of 57 miles a hour?

You did not indicate if you were charged with a felony or misdemeanor. Up to 30 grams of marijuana is a misdemeanor, more is a felony. It makes a significant difference. Also you said it was in the trunk of the car. The officer needed a reason to look in the trunk. There are many questions to answer before being able to give you proper answers. If you are scheduled for a preliminary hearing it is likely a felony. For information on how felonies proceed please see the following sites:
