Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
If someone is in possesion of a stolen camera and the one in possesion along with two other people say that someone else sold it to him can the one being blamed be charged or even arrested when he himself has one person saying he didnt do it ?

Huh? If you are in possession of the stolen camera, you can be charged with its theft, and then it becomes a question of fact as to whether you did or did not come into possession through theft and are potentially guilty, or just being naive in which case you might not. Whether a court believed you, the one other person, or the two other people, or a combination, is a matter of who is credible as a witness.
