possession of controled substance

My husband was found with 1.07 grams of cocaine. What are the odds of him getting probation. The only thing on his record is aggravated battery.

If your husband has a conviction for aggravated battery, he probably received probation then. It's difficult to get probation once one has already had it. Please call for more information.
