possession of controled substance
My husband was found with 1.07 grams of cocaine. What are the odds of him getting probation. The only thing on his record is aggravated battery.

It is not possible to provide much of an answer to your question with only the information you provide. An attorney would need to know a great deal more before being able to give you an informed opinion of your husband's chances. However, I can tell you that your husband obviously needs tohire the very best criminal defense attorney he can afford. Your husband may call me for a free telephone consultation if he does not already have an attorney.

If your husband has a conviction for aggravated battery, he probably received probation then. It's difficult to get probation once one has already had it. Please call for more information.
