Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Post verdict juror rights
After a guilty verdict, what if I feel I was pressured into a decision based on time and circumstances? Can I contact someone and express I feel I have made an incorrect decision and do not feel I convicted the defendant beyond a shadow of a doubt?

Did the judge poll the jury after the verdict? That is when you should have spoken up. The only thing you can do is contact the defense attorney. It will be very difficult, now.
