Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Pregnant at 16
I became pregnant at the age of 16 by a 22 year old. I'm now 17 and have given birth to my child and the father is 23. Is there a chance he could be in any legal trouble if public aid goes through with a DNA test and finds he's the father?
