Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
we are a private gun club.
three of our members, president, vice president and a board member, who have left now had set up a shooting event that violated our club safety polices for shooting outside.
After leaving the club, the parties are intimidating, and even threating members to leave the club because it isn't safe. They continue to spread information about unsafe conditions, which they created in the first place. this could have an impact on our revenue, current and future.
can we issue a private gag order against them, we would like to build a case against them, we have up to one year to file legal action.
