Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I am currently on probation in Illinois for misdemeanors ( Driving on suspended license and was caught with marijuana). Recently I was called in for a random drop and attempted to use someone else's urine but was caught (stupid I know). My PO said I could be looking at a class C felony depending on what the SA pursues. I was wondering what are the possible consequenses...jail time etc. Should I consider hiring a lawyer?

Get an attorney. This is a situation when a conference with the judge could have a huge impact. Take this seriously.
