Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
probation
I am on misdemeanor probation in chicago IL and have moved a 1005 miles away. what are the chances of extradited . And is leaving the state a felony.

If you did not get permission to leave the State and transfer the probation, you are in violation. A warrant probably has been issued for you which can be served in NC. The way it usually happens is that when you are stopped for a traffic offense the warrant will pop up. You will then be arrested and Illinois will be notified. Please call for a free consultation.
