Can your probation be revoked if your accuser does not show for court
If you went to jail for domestic violence while on probation, your case is up for revoking your probation does the accuser of your domestic violence case have to show for the hearing in order for them to revoke your probation

Hello. Generally the accuser does not have to
show up at the hearing for revocation of probation. A finding of guilty in the domestic
violence court is enough for the court to revoke
the probation. Will be happy to answer any
