Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Probation across state lines
I was goven a misdemenor in Hamilton County, IN, for possession of marijuana last year. I went to court and was put on probation across state lines because i live in Chicago. My question is, if i fail to compete the terms of probation and a warrant is issued, can I be arrested in Illinois and sent across state lines to Indiana?
