Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Probation Violation Arrest Warrant

I was just wondering,

If a person were to receive probation on a Felony Unarmed Robbery case (2-yrs.) and were to violate probation, but move to a separate state before handling the Violation of Probation case in court, obviously an arrest warrant would be issued. My question is, what effect would that warrant have in a separate state? If extradition was denied, then what would happen?

Re: Probation Violation Arrest Warrant

The states have agreements regarding things like this - you would be sent back to deal with the violation.
