Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

problems submitting question

I have tried 3 times in 2 weeks to ask a question concerning expunging a criminal record, but when submitted, I get a message saying the exact question has been asked and to wait 24 hrs, then try one of your law sites. I try to connect to that site and get your main page again. Chasing my tail and still can't get my questions asked/answered. Have searched all questions back to about 2 months ago, can't find a close question. Any suggestions? Person involved was charged in IL, now lives in WI. Please help, this is important. Thanks so much.

I not sure what the question is. Please try to repost it. You can expunge a variety of arrest records depending on the nature of the conviction and the type of offense. Feel free to email me at [email protected]. Good luck!

We need more info. When were you arrested, what were you charged with, were you found guilty, and what was the sentence.
