Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
public deffender
my brother is in jail right now! He is in fulton county Illinois and they only have one public defender in that county! Well he is not doing his job so my question is How would my brother go about getting a different public deffender???

He is probably out of luck. If he wants a different attorney, he (or someone else) will need to hire a private attorney for him.
