Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was pulled over and nothing was found besides a piece of drug paraphernalia in the glove box. There were no drugs found in the car just this one little piece of drug paraphernalia. Should I just pay it off or would it be better if I went to court?

Depending on what county you are in, you may be able to get the case dismissed outright or through a deferred program. If you just pay it off, you may risk a permanent criminal record.
