Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was put on court supervision for a misdermeanor retail thief in 2008. Since then I have been a stay home mom, so I was wondering if Iwill be able to get a job and how long will it take for me to get it off my record.

Usually being put on supervision avoids a conviction being entered upon your record. I would have to see all of the legal doucments in order to tell you whether you have a conviction or not.
