Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Have an question
If someone is awaiting trial for armed robbery but the person accusing them dosen't have evidence of them hitting them with an crobar such as no hospital bills or scars and it was an week ago what evidence would put them in jail for armed robbery?

The threat of the use of a deadly weapon during a robbery makes it armed robbery. If you used a gun, you don't have to shoot someone for you to be charged with armed robbery. The threat is enough.
