A question bout a case?
If you got caught with at least 15 or so grams of cannabis? Wht is the possible penalties?

15 grams of cannabis is a "class a" misdomeanor. The penalties are up to one year in the county jail and up to $2,500.00, fine. A second offence for this is a "class 4" felony, punishable by 1 to 3 years in prison and up to $25,000.00, fine. If you need a lawyer please call for a free consultation.
