Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Hi, I just have a question regarding what violation name or number a person would be in for using the US Post Office to scam people? I recieved a bill from a so called physic saying I ordered information from them, which I did not and now I owe them $25. I looked up the fake name he goes under "Joseph Von Jalan billing me through "Jupiter" and found out that he ruins peoples credit for not paying him his bogus fee. I want to write him to let him know the violation he is in but hope you can tell me. Thank you
Peter
