Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I was recently arrested for Identity theft in the amount of 11,700 Dollars. I have had my bond hearing and posted 1,000 dollars. My trial date is feb 24. I have confessed to the police already and have been very cooperative with them. The person that was defrauded was my good friend and roommate. the only prior thing on my record is was a misdemeanor theft charge 4 years ago that you represented me at as well. I did the community services and paid the fines in this case. I was wondering what your thoughts were
