Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was recently on a jury that returned a not guilty verdict on a count of unlawful restraint and we were hung on a count of domestic battery. I have been released from jury duty. The defendant's attorney is attempting to contact me regarding my experience and would like to ask me questions specific to the case. Is this legal?
