Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I recently had a locker of mine, which had a 4 number combo lock, broken into and certain items, whose value totals to around $65, were taken. There were no cameras in the area and I am reluctant to look into an "investigation" due to the small value of the items taken, but I would like to threaten "prosecuting" whoever did it to the full extent of the law. What are the penalties for my situation in the eyes of the law?
Thanks.

Where is this locker, whose locker is it, under what right do you use the locker, and whose lock is it?
