Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
HI, recently I order a product from a on-line company, when the package arrived they had sent me many times the number of the product i order. Does the company have any recourse against me not returning the mis-shipped items

If the charges are correct, you have a strong argument that the extras were a gift. If they haven't bothered you, then leave it alone, unless your sense of ethics dictates otherwise.
