I have a felony conviction from 1992 for delivery of a controlled substance in illinois, is it possible to get it taken off my record?

No, but you have the possibility of having it sealed. That way only the police and government will be able to get your record. Any prospective employers will not be able to find it. Please call to discuss this more.
