My record can be a problem to be Prekindergarten volunteer in mi daughter school?
hi! I have been arrested in illinois for thef in jcpenney store a value of $200 2 years ago when I was 22 years old,no jail and no probation but receive a $1000 bail, my husband paid $100 bond.The only paper that I have is the bond receipt and the charge description have this numbers (5-0/16a 3-a) What type of felony is this? or not a felony?? I can't believe why I did(theft)never before i haven't do that. I was depressed after my first daughter born, but I don't have excuse, now I feel shame but I want to be the Best Mom for my daughter and one day she can be proud of me.I am resident my record can be a problem to be u.s. citizen? thank you for your time..........
