Recuding Felony to Misdemeanor

Can someone convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault have the charge of felony reduced to a misdemeanor and somehow get taken off the registry??

If there was a felony conviction, it is likely too late for a reduction to a misdemeanor. For such a thing to happen it would be before the conviction. In theory there is a legal mechanism in place for such a thing to happen but absent extremely extenuating circumstances, as a practical matter it will not happen.
