Get a reduced sentence.

How can I get a reduced sentence for my girlfriend??? She missed her court date, and went to a new court date on 2/6/08. This was a regular hearing for her probation, of taking anger management classes. She missed several anger management classes, due to baby being too sick to go out in the cold. The judge was in a bad mood and gave her 90 days in Cook county jail. I feel this was harsh, we have a 4 month old baby, he needs his mother, she is the primary caregiver, as I work and I can't care for him without her help. Help!
