Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
in relation to unlawful entry by police i was in my house when the police came and stated that the music was playing loudly i stated that it was not they asked for my nameand id i told them i didn't have my id on me (my bedroom is in an adjacent apartment) it was in my bedroom they were out in a common hallway i was standing in my partially opened door they proceed to enter and handcuff and arrest me
