released on a 75,000 bail

i need help my cousin is being charged for breaking and entering and for pointing a gun to a womans face she pressed charges so my cousin has been in jail for a couple of months awaiting trial we then paid his bail and a couple days later he was back in jail bc the judge said he had a court but they did not notify us at all how can we get back out please please help

It sounds as though your cousin missed a court date after being released on bond. It is not unusual to have a no bond warrant issued under those circumstances. However, if there is some good reason that he missed court, it may be possible to have his bond reinstated and he be released pending the outcome of his case.
