Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
After researching my case it qualifies to be expunged. All 3 counts qualify to be expunged. So do I need to fill out 1 order to expunge and 1 petition to expunge the case? Or do I need to fill out 3 petions and 3 orders, one for each count?
